For an event, we can coordinate guest shuttles, several arrival times and a clear pickup schedule.

VIP travel & aviation

We arrange premium vehicles and chauffeur services, and handle enquiries for helicopter experiences, private aircraft and charter flights through specialist operators.

Aircraft type, routes, landing permissions and availability are confirmed individually before booking.

Hotels & guest stays

Through our own travel agency, CAPAZ Travel & Tours, we can book hotels, beachfront resorts and villas for your guests and coordinate their stay around your wedding or event.

Group hotel rates are negotiated individually. They may differ from standard public rates, and we discuss each group separately with the hotel. Share your dates, guest numbers, room requirements and preferred hotels so we can request a tailored quotation and confirm the booking terms.

We can also assist with flight bookings, onward travel and Kuala Lumpur extensions. Rooms and fares are confirmed against current availability.

We organise guided boat trips through Kilim’s mangrove landscapes, with limestone scenery, caves and wildlife observation along the agreed route. Kayaking and guided nature walks can be arranged for guests who prefer a slower pace.
