Message us before travelling so we can confirm opening hours and arrange a suitable time for a longer consultation. If you are planning from overseas, we can start the discussion on WhatsApp and continue in person when you arrive.
What to bring to your consultation
Start with the event date, venue, approximate guest count and the time guests will arrive. A few photographs of the space are more useful than a large collection of unrelated inspiration images. Bring colours you like, any hotel decoration rules and a budget range. Tell us what matters most: a ceremony backdrop, flowers for photographs, a decorated dinner table or a welcoming entrance.
We can then discuss which elements belong in the brief and which details still need confirmation. Flower varieties, delivery, installation and collection should be agreed as part of the quotation rather than assumed from a reference photograph.
