Petik Bunga takes an active role in the local event scene through flowers and decoration for celebrations and business occasions. For organisers, the most useful starting point is a clear brief that connects the purpose of the event with the space guests will use.
Start with the programme
Tell us whether you are planning a welcome reception, meeting, awards dinner or incentive celebration. Share the programme, expected attendance and venue layout. A presentation needs clear sightlines; a dinner needs comfortable table space; a reception may benefit from a recognisable entrance or photo area. These priorities lead to different decoration decisions.
Use branding selectively
Provide approved brand colours, logo files and the wording for any signage. Identify who approves the design and when approval is needed. Flowers can support the colour palette without competing with screens or sponsor branding. Keep a focal area for photographs while leaving registration desks and guest routes uncluttered.
Agree access and responsibilities
Confirm the loading entrance, installation window, venue contact and collection time. Ask the venue about freestanding structures, power access and permitted fixings. If sessions and dinner use the same room, agree how much time is available for the changeover. Include the person authorised to approve last-minute layout changes.
Check official support separately
LADA's MICE incentive programme has eligibility conditions and approval requirements. Organisers should check the current terms directly with LADA; support is not automatic and should not be assumed in the decoration budget.
See our event decoration services and send your date, programme and venue to begin a practical discussion.
