Make the flowers personal
Tell us about colours you both enjoy or a detail from your original celebration that you would like to revisit. A bouquet, table arrangement or small ceremony piece can carry that connection without repeating an entire wedding design. If a particular flower has sentimental meaning, ask about availability and possible alternatives early.
Confirm the setting
A hotel restaurant, private room and outdoor terrace have different requirements. Request permission before planning outside decoration. Share photographs of the actual space and the guest numbers. For a dinner, check how the arrangement fits around plates and service; for a ceremony, consider the viewing angle and where people will stand.
Plan the timing around the surprise
If one person is organising a surprise, agree a discreet contact and an approved delivery window. Hotel room access must be arranged with the hotel. For a gathering, nominate someone to receive the flowers while you are getting ready. Tell us whether the same pieces need to serve the ceremony and dinner so relocation can be discussed.
Keep the message clear
Check the spelling of names and the wording of any card or sign. Explain whether the occasion is an anniversary, vow renewal or another personal milestone. A decorative ceremony should not be confused with arrangements for legal marriage formalities; discuss any separate ceremony requirements with the appropriate organiser.
Petik Bunga can help you discuss flowers and bouquets or ceremony decoration. Send your date, venue, preferred colours and the story you would like the flowers to tell.
